The Aspen Mesh team at F5 Networks is looking for a talented marketer to play a critical role in supporting sales efforts. This individual will identify what is needed and then shape on-strategy customer facing content used by the sales team. The Sr. Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for spearheading the creation of sales materials for the Aspen Mesh sales team to engage prospects, deliver powerful customer presentations, and ensure they have the tools they need to close sales, such as use cases and product overviews. This role requires someone with a selling mindset who’s also a great storyteller.

The Sr. Sales Enablement Manager is the member of the Marketing team who works most closely with the members of the Sales team. This role has a lot of autonomy and requires excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities may quickly change as new prospects enter the pipeline. The individual in this high-visibility role will engage with the Aspen Mesh executive team frequently to help support our success in closing new customers.   
 

Your Day to Day 

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand what they need to sell more effectively. 
  • Drive the content creation of persuasive sales presentations, use cases, and other sales materials such as product one-pagers, industry solutions, and competitor comparisons. 
  • Write about the benefits Aspen Mesh delivers, tapping others across the Product and Engineering teams to understand technical product details. 
  • Leverage the marketing team for strategy development, content review and graphic design/production layout for final deliverables. 
  • Create and revise presentations using PowerPoint. 
  • Support individuals on the Sales team in the creation of tailored materials for key prospect meetings. 
  • Deliver a portfolio of assets designed to help the F5 Worldwide Sales team understand Aspen Mesh products and their value and allow them to sell Aspen Mesh to their customers. 
  • Bring new ideas to the table to advance sales, this may include webinars, demos and prospect nurturing programs conducted in collaboration with the lead-gen marketing manager.

  • Experience working with a sales team as part of a B2B company.  
  • Able to collaborate with stakeholders virtually and work autonomously. 
  • A motivation to drive sales. 
  • Strategic thinking with strong writing skills. 
  • Competency in PowerPoint. 

Qualifications 

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience or equivalent work experience.
