Position Summary

Aspen Mesh, an F5 incubation, is seeking a Product Marketing Lead to help us expand our product presence in the cloud-native and microservices space. You will propel our growing product deeper into our market and into adjacent markets. The Product Marketing Lead will be responsible for the creation and ownership of core product messaging, sales tools, product launches and sales enablement content – all in support of developing a holistic GTM plan and its related execution. You will work cross-functionally to drive marketing campaigns, positioning for new product releases, and enable the team to effectively position and sell Aspen Mesh across multiple personas.

Day to Day

  • Develop differentiated product positioning and messaging for the Aspen Mesh product and its features
  • Define messaging specific to the Aspen Mesh value prop
  • Understand Platform and Operations and relevant personas to articulate clear messaging to apply across sales tools and marketing content/campaigns
  • Support launches and releases – manage cross-functional programming in support of new product launches and release planning
  • Produce collateral such as sales, customer, and analyst presentations, overview and datasheets, FAQs, briefs, case studies and webcasts
  • Leverage collateral to fuel marketing programs that drive demand and leads
  • Contribute to sales enablement – communicate the value proposition and ROI to sales team, update and build sales tools to support the sales cycle and motions
  • Understand analytics landscape and competition in order to be able to accurately position & differentiate Aspen Mesh against various competitors, across multiple segments.
  • Help build and understand use cases to illustrate the value we deliver to our customers

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Proven success in product launches, improving the efficiency of sales professionals, developing successful go-to-market strategies and execution of product marketing strategies
  • Aptitude for balancing technical terminology with business discernment
  • Experience working across marketing, sales, and product management teams to achieve shared revenue goals
  • Significant experience in technology marketing, preferably cloud-native SaaS marketing
  • Ability to effectively lead project initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 5 years related experience with a Bachelor’s degree;
  • 3+ years of B2B software product marketing experience
